i think what makes her really beautiful is that you can see that when she starts dancing, she would probably die if she were doing anything else. dancing is like her lifeline. but it really bugs me how every time she goes to do pirouettes on the diagonal, she always steps on a bent leg on the first pirouette.

i have taken ballet and i have done raymonda b4 (im 10) and this is not how she dances. in this video she dances to fast. when i learned it raymonda danced in medium speed.

actually her fingers are quite typically russian. I personally like the way NYCB dancers articulate their fingers when they're doing it PROPERLY. It's more aesthetically pleasing than the "spoon hands" that, say, Royal Ballet likes.
