Hey Ray. Is there anyway you could make the chords, fingering and tabs available? I and I suppose other amatures/learners would appreciate it a lot.......
i second the request for a tutorial; this is absolutely amazing, and if you could help with the bare essentials, i know we will be more than appreciative.
@RayTutajjr thanks! i eagerly await. i've been working on mimicking bits myself, but its always hard to see exactly whats happening. it's a gorgeous arrangement; just listening i think must have added near two hundred views...
You say Hannah Montana, I say The Rolling Stones
You say Owl City, I say Led Zeppelin
You say Jonas Brothers, I say The Beatles
You say Justin Bieber, I say Queen
You say Taylor Swift, I say AC/DC
95% of teens these days listen to the same crappy pop over and over again. If you're one of the 5% who still listens to real music, thumb this up, then copy & paste it to at least five videos.
I always wondered what happened to Larry from Three's Company!! Seriously, I could listen to that all day. You make is look so easy. That was really awesome.
i can't stop listening to this.......the timing, phrasing and the way the song continously flows from part to part is incredible . very , very impressive
@zzConAnzz I would say learn a few chet atkins arrangements. There are many books. My book is a comprehensive guide to playing guitar. I really don't demonstrate the Chet style but have numerous fingerpicking studies. My website may help: guitarfingerpickingtripodcom
One of my favourite songs and I knew you would do a beautiful rendering of it. Watching you play sometimes, it's hard to believe what I'm hearing is coming out of one guitar. Love the photo at the end.
This is so nice! On acoustic guitar (played the way you play!) the melody becomes more the focal point, and it's lovely.
There are several rock songs I always thought would be beautiful played in a different style than hard rock. November Rain, by Guns N Roses, for example. That is a haunting melody. I keep waiting for someone to cover it in a non-rock style.
ray,
i don't mean to pressure, but do you have a guesstimate as to when we can look forward to that tutorial?
all the best.
