This is the best film about Jesus Christ ever made, imo. It is realistic, somber, joyful, humourous at times, and beautifully done. The attention to detail is amazing. It is refreshing to see the Lord and His disciples portrayed in the right way, as Middle Eastern men and women. Thanks to Jesus Christ, for letting us know Him and follow Him! There is no greater joy in life or in eternity than that.

There a some on youtube, but Nest keeps deleting them. Look for some of these names of people who post. At over $35 for a half hour video, it would be nice to see which are most worth it.

There are some things like a cloth that touched Jesus' face and now bares the imprint of his picture and the known History that there was in fact a Jesus Christ (We even use BC in our History calenders) and crucifixions were capital punishment in roman times and most importantly the fact that all Christians were hunted down and....

And that carried on long after Jesus left the earth. You mention the bible as the only proof, but do you realize how many people died to make that bible get to us? And how many history books are first accounts by witnesses like the New Testament bible is? And there's even "The Dead Sea Scrolls" that were dug up by historians. They had several books from the New Testament handwritten on them. Christians didn't even know if they could keep the bible from being burned by their leaders so they buried it like a time capsule....

The story survived cuz men died to keep it alive. If it was all a lie, people would've let it die to save themselves.& not just later people (that you may think were deceived). But people from that time, like the first apostles. Even men like Saul. He killed Christians, yet he changed, became a Christian &died for it. Why?....

When the priests say In ''In the name the holy ghost'' I do not know why they say that. I have looked at the bible and it says JOHN 1:37 - 1:40, when Jesus appeared he showed his disciples his wounds to prove he was Jesus because the disciples did not belive it was Jesus before them. Then it says that once they touched the wounds of Jesus, Jesus said 'Look at my hands and feet and feel me. Why do you think I am a ghost? A ghost dose not have Flesh and bone but I do as you can see I have...???

@mylesbradley1234 The Holy Ghost doesn't refer to Jesus as a ghost. Jesus Promised us that the Holy Ghost would come down inside of us and tell us what feels right so we can tell what preachers tell the truth and who is false. The bible also tells us that God the father, Jesus the son, and the Holy Ghost are jointly the same (that's why Jesus says he will be with us forever), but the 3 are also separate. It's one of those puzzles we can't fully understand. That's where faith comes in.

Jesus really went through alot, didn't he?

I mean, he was rejected by his people, then he was loved and marvelled, then he was suddenly betrayed and killed (again by his people).

It seems to be a tragic story, when in fact, it's a beautiful story with so much to learn from (which actually ends happily ever after).

5/5 for these videos and thank you namhokim, the creators and of course, Jesus himself for providing us with this fantastic story!

@Carllio YES he did. We know how bad emotional pain feels, but he also endured a lot of physical pain with it. It's not the happiest end on the surface, because all the apostles and many Christians died for preaching. But they all died spreading the word to countless generations after their time and earned themselves a place in heaven. And here we are, all knowing about it and believing. So Really, it is Happy and Never Ending!!!!
