I've seen a number of Ristaccia videos since first seeing this one, and I think this captures the spirit of the original the best. It also perfectly sums up the series. This and the Bokurano MAD are probably my favorite MOTHER covers.

Yeah, Japan has a lot of cool stuff, but hey -- North America has EarthBound Saga, and that's pretty darn cool, IMO.

And in all seriousness, there's PLENTY of North American people making plenty of great stuff. I think it's partly a case of greener grass (and perhaps more lax copyright laws), if anything.

Besides, North American fanbases are busy fapping over mediocrity like Halo. But at least there's still love for Mother!
