When I made that comment, it was before the season started. I think we can both agree that The Chargers were supposed to do very well, and the Dolphins were supposed to suck this year. We have ourselves a bit of an ironic role reversal, and I congratulate you and your Dolphins for a SPECTACULAR turnaround!

This wasn't Mueller's worst decision. Their season was over when they traded Chambers and they just figured to get started on the rebuilding process sooner rather than later. Unlike Vonnie Holliday (who rules!), the front office gave up on the season.

Don't forget, the pick from the Chamber's trade was used to get Chad Henne. He's off to a great start and looks to be the future at QB for Miami. So, this trade wasn't as bad as the Welker deal and passing on Quinn.

Mueller made nothing but mistakes. He hired Cameron. He passed on Brady Quinn. He draft an injured punt returner with the #9 overall pick. He didn't want to pay Welker an extra $600,000 so he let him go to a division rival. He overpaid Joey Porter.

Mueller had 1 good draft in his life and made a living off it. He couldn't have screwed up worse last offseason if he tried.
