@jinxgirl15 Actually pullips are factory made. The ones made in 2003 (I believe the first three or five or so were all hand painted).

I think that pullips are sort of not as good quality because they are "collector" dolls and they're not meant to be really handled, and "played" with.

My bebichhichi is the baby version of Monchiichi which was a popular toy in the 80s-90s. Hope that helped :)

@WebkinzLoversKKK Yes. Do research before you buy a doll/ do research on customizing/general facts. I can't tell you how many new collectors join the pullip hobby and how ANNOYING THEY ARE. None of them google anything or use search functions on forums. Generally I don't like newer collectors because they always ask the same questions over and over.
