  • If you have one of those Vinyl-to-MP3 converters, could you upload those?

  • my girl friend wore them

  • love that!!

    1:10 paranormal activitie!!!

  • @ovelonse haha, i was moving the speaker.

  • i have a orignal copy too but without red pants

  • i have that too :D

  • This reminds me of riding the bus back home through the pine trees after school when I started 1st grade in South Carolina.

  • one of the cool things about albums back then that you cant do with cs covers........ the schools out album was like and old time school desk you could up up and see the contents.... lol how cool i remember thinking the first time i get it out of the cellophane.

  • I had the original album with the panties. I remember they pulled them because they said the panties were flamable.

  • I like the effect on AC's vocals on this song. Kinda reminds me of Paul Mccartney in some spots.

  • I played this song over and over wearing my cap and robe on my own graduation day. Actually a sad melancholy song for the underrated Alice cooper group

  • Hauntingly good

  • i cant believe he graduated from camelback high school.....Im going to that school in august

  • @PhoenixStar100 I just listen to him on the radio 5 mins ago and he said that he did't go to camelback. He just used the name. He went to Cortez High School. And that can from alice himself. Great song and at least your high school is in a Alice Cooper song. And thats pretty cool itself.

  • I was amazed by this song when I first heard it on Alice Cooper's radio show a few nights ago.

  • audio reprod: C- (sorry; nice try)

  • NEVER sell this album! You can always get the MP3s or an extra 30 bucks on eBay, but no studio will ever again sponser elaborate record editions like this.

  • @mubirshu Well the actually re-released School's Out on vinyl, but I still prefer vintage.

  • feliz 2010!

  • Does WMG give you a break if you actually show your album , ie that you really own the record?

  • My guess is that it isn't the actual clear recording of the song. If the song were directly from the cd of "School's Out", it would be taken off. Its pretty ridiculous.

  • Love this song. Olnly because it's friggin' awesome, and he talks about my highschool I graduated from. CAMELBACK! The drummer graduated from there too! CAMELBACK My high school

  • Purely one of the greatest albums by one of America's greatest rock bands - underrated still.

  • this was my very first album. i was in 8'th grade at the time.

    just love this song.

    hey remember the time...

remember the time that we took that snake and we...

we put it down little betsy's dress - hhhhhhHA

anudder great album is love it to death.... eighteen, is it my body, ballad of dwight fry - great songs.

  • DEFINITELY an original copy, cuz it has the old Warner Bros. green label, like mine did, wish i still had it, played the hell outta this album, thx for sharing.

  • blue turk was another fave off this 72 chestnut.and gutter cat vs the jets a west side story parody very clever.i dont think this album was weak, i reckon it,s quality songwise and bob ezrin produced great for the time.the band were very good musicians too!!

  • Best track on the album! Now I don't think Miss Axelrod was much impressed......

  • i always loved this track it so BEATLESY...very John Lennon White album...f@#$%ing great

  • bollocks -great fuckin album was schools out- diverse and interesting

  • Mate you've got no idea, School's Out was and still is one of the groups finest albums. There's not much wrong with Luney Tune, Blue Turk, My Stars and Public Animal #9

  • Agreed

  • Don't forget "Guter Cat vs. The Jets" :)

  • miss his school camelback

    hahaha thats wassup

  • the album came with a pair of pantys as the slip cover. remember that anyone?

  • Oh yeah. This album doesn't have the panty cover. It came with a normal cover. too bad though.

  • @dissent88 Did it open up like a desk? I bought it like that but it came in a plastic cover over the record not the panties. Later edition I suppose.

  • @mus1cat Yes it opens like a desk, and yes mine did not come in panties.

  • Still got mine. I have the billion dollar bill from the Billion Dollar Babies album, as well. I refused to allow vinyl to die a quiet death.

  • I wish that i could say the same. I can't remember what happened to my billion dollar bill.you can get a turn table that connect's to your computer and download your vinyl.

  • @thegirl44 CDs may have better sonic quality at times but you can't beat albums for the packaging and art. School's Out and Billion Dollar Babies are examples of that.

Nice to hear that vinyl has made a bit of a comeback.

  • @mus1cat

I have the same organ performance of Bach's Concerto in F Minor on LP and CD and I prefer the LP version because it hasn't been digitally "cleaned up". You can hear the bellows of the organ filling and exhausting, you can hear the click of the knob to change the tone being depressed, you can her the faint whoosh and tap of the pianist working the foot pedals. These nuances and, dare I say, elements of making music are lost on the digital age.

    Analogue offered so much more.

  • @thegirl44 Another thing to note against CDs is a metronome sound that you can hear on some songs of artists most notably in the percussion/drumming. Not all cds and songs but, when you do hear them, it is annoying and distracting being in the background like dripping water.

Seal's last cd was guilty of that with a song or two as was King's X on their last release.

  • @BUGSLY Hell, yeah I still have my vinyl wrapped in pantys.

  • @BUGSLY I have an original Canadian pressing but it's missing the panties.

  • Aaaaaahhh gotta' get outa' here...

don't make a strange of yer self huh

    remember the Coop' huh

    uh guh-bye

  • Very underrated song.

  • I think the whole album is. Great album, wonder why just the title track was sucessful.

  • It's cus it was such an anthem for kids, pretty much everyone loves that song. Since that song was so famous people bought the single more than the album. The album is very bluesy to me, and it's Glen's favorite with his favorite guitar solo on "Blue Turk." R.I.P. Glen the guitar god!

  • @LuneyTune72 Not to mention adding in that great Jet song from "West Side Story". Fits in perfectly with the whole album. Amazing how many people are amazed when you mention that Alice took on Broadway :)
