He didn't have a reason for killing since he was a murderer, he was a serial rapist.:) The reason for it was because of his and his sister's deformities, and all of the stuff they experienced while growing up because of it.
But he more than likely stuffed it when going out like that, otherwise he wouldn't be wearing such a small article of clothing.:)
