My Neighbors little two year old boy had half his face ripped off by a another neighbors german sheperd and he did not do anything to prevoke it, the dog just snapped and attacked him. His owner is the one who finally shot it when no one could get it to stop. No one wanted to kill the dog but my neighbors kid would have died if he hadnt, it was sad just like this was but sometimes things just have to be done.
