and do these obey the ruler fatwa apply to Bashar? lol just now scholars are saying the regime is kuffar when Ibn Taymiyyah said the nusairiyah are worser than the Jews and Christians 700yrs ago, then why is their leader today seen as something to with the Muslims? Even today Bashar's soldiers are forcing ppl 2 commit shirk! if this isn't enough kufr then 2 rebel then i dont know what is, especially in the land of ash-Sham, 40,000 Sunnis massacred in 1982! they hate Sunnis, check the history!
Also Al-Hajjaj was not worser than Gaddafi, yes both killed thousands of people, but Al-Hajjaj was appointed by the khalifah ibn Marwan to govern Iraq during the Ummayad khilafah. Gaddafi? lol he came into power by a coup while the other leader was away and he called himself the guide of the revolution of 'Jamahiriya' Libya, he ruled by his own green book, denied the sunnah, called himself the king of all kings, imam of the Muslims, lol big difference, check the facts of the leaders today.
Even Saudi, go look back at history and know that the founder fought against the Ottoman Empire alongside the British, siding with the kuffar against Muslims, even King Abdul-Aziz requested the ulama 4 a fatwa 2 say he deserves to be obeyed after the Ikhwan army rebelled against him for being westernised, and this fatwa carries 2 this day applied 2 any ruler, so it keeps the Saudi government in power, the rulers cannot survive without these fatwas. Truth exposed.
You have to go back in modern history and see what exactly happened to the ummah, these democratic systems and rulers were installed by the kuffar states (Britain, France etc.) in order to destroy the system of Islam, these rulers are nothing but puppets. Secularism widespread in society, go study what secularism is, it is shirk where the MAN has become the legislator.
I should also remind you that we are in the stage of tyrannical rule, the Prophet (saas) said after this stage the khilafah will be restored based on the Prophetic system, what we are witnessing is exactly that, Ben Ali gone, Gaddafi gone, Mubarak gone, Abdullah Saleh gone, Bashar will fall soon insha'Allah, and along with the other rulers, without doubt, because the Prophet (saas) said the tyrants will go,khilafah restored. Qadr of Allah.
also if you were to understand the shirk of ruling by other than Allah's law then you will never accept such laws or rulers, read Kitab-at-Tawheed where is specifically talks about the taghut's and leaders. Shaykh ibn al-Uthaymeen even said today's leaders deserve to be rebelled against because he was well aware that today's rulers are against the Muslims and have nothing to do with Islam.
you have 2 understand the hadith talks about a violent brutal leader, and today's current leaders rule by THEIR laws and are hostile towards Islam, go look at the history and their opposition towards Islam, Ben Ali, Mubarak, Gaddafi all of them hated Islam and the Muslims, would the Prophet (saas) tell the Muslims to obey rulers who dont rule by Islam or hate the religion?? These hadiths talk about a violent leader within a khilafah state. today no khalifah.
he said Al-Hajjaj is not worser than Gaddafi!?? but how can that be?? Al-Hajjaj was a governor of Iraq within the khalifah state, Gaddafi ruled by his Green Book not the Quran and Sunnah, practised black magic, he said he was the king of all kings, he saw himself as better than the Prophet (pbuh) and took power through force! Al-Hajjaj was appointed by Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan, he killed so many people, but Gaddafi killed and committed shirk and defamed the Prophet (pbuh).
