Matthew, 1) You say of your grandmother, "At some point in her life, she became OK with letting the questions remain mysteries." To me that reads, "at some point in her life, she became OK with intellectual laziness". 2) You say to god, "I could make so much money if I could turn you into a science". It's been done, it's called theology. It's a pseudo-science but if want to make money, check it out. 3) Embracing faith over easy answer may take courage, but embracing reason over faith takes more.
