@MadnessMario22 why? that is easy, because not a lot of people (especially younglings) cannot afford the official toys and these are a cheaper version plus in my opinion are better than the toys, you also cannot get tiaras officially anyway.
Also I was doing my sailor moon collection on video and since the stuff I ordered from Mallory is part of my sailor moon collection, I decided to include it in the videos.

First, as I've said, the customer service is amazing. I ordered an item for my friend's sixteenth birthday and it got here with two days to spare, and it was very short notice. Kudos!
The wait for the item, a Crescent Moon Wand, wasn't long, and Mallory was happy to give me updates when I asked. After it shipped, it took only two days. It was packed so that I don't think it could've broken in the shipping if it tried! -continued-
As far as the item itself, it was beautifully crafted, and from the smell of it I could tell it was brand new, perhaps even fresh off the rack when shipped. The gems and paint all work together wonderfully, the item's just as durable as she says in the videos, and the paint shows no signs of shipping. It's wonderfully made and I'd be happy to order from her again. :) Maybe not a Sailor Moon item, but at some point in time, I will order from her again.
I have ordered twice from Mallory, both times the Uranus and Neptune Henshin sticks. My first order was around 2007, the second one was around 2009. The items do take a while to be made and shipped, but she is always very nice and responsive to all emails. I can say the wait is worth it!!!
Oh and she takes extra care so your henshin sticks arrive in excellent condition (USPS people are terrible handling packages.) You will obtain insurance and a tracking number.
I just ordered, so I've yet to experience the wait for the item, but I wanted to say that Mallory has great customer service skills and was always happy to answer any questions I had about any of her items; even the Mad Hatter hat I ended up not buying. :D Very nice.

I receieved thhe Venus Tiara that you sent out of the 20th of October today (I think in the video its 500705....it seemed logical to go with that one but I'm not sure) First of all I want to say a big Thank you, the Tiara is beautiful and looks brilliant on so a deffinate 5 for that :D. Mallory ur awesome u sent my packge out on friday september 25 and i got on monday the 28th so I give ur mailing service a 5, and ur customer service score a 5 and the items I'm gonna do a 41/2 only b/c i thought i was supposed to get the longer attachment piece like u showed in the eternal tier video when u first made it, so maybe its a misunderstanding on my part, let me know and i'll change it to a 5 cause it is so pretty.
