they can't give a point for touch to Boczko when they give a red card to Zawrotniak, can they? I reckon they can't give two points to a fencer at one time...
@AnonymousXM8 actually it is even worse than that. when there is a yellow card or a red card the light of the fencer is annulled so in this case even though it was a double zawrotniak was given a yellow card for scoring a touch while falling. since he already had a yellow card, it became a red card. so boczko got a touch from the double, a touch from the red card, and zawrotniaks touch was annulled
Yet notice when they finally begin fencing the ref insists the score is 11-8. Although it's the difference of a touch, at this level it makes a huge difference.
It looks like the ref makes a mistake in the touch where it is 9-8 and Zawrotniak falls. Look at the video at 3:52. To me it looks like Zawrtoniak's hand clearly touches the ground before the double touch occurs. Either there should have been a halt when he fell, thus neither of the touches should have counted or Zawrotniak should have been given a card for fencing out of control, resulting in a red card. Still that would have made the score 10-8.

It looks like what happened was Z's touch was annulled for receiving the card, but the left's touch was counted as well as the red card.
