The punishment for entering this country illegally should be:
1st time: 1 month in jail with hard labor to repay US for housing and deportation costs. Take a sample of the persons DNA so that if the person crosses illegally again, additional punishments will be added.
2nd time or violent/drug crime 1st time: 20 years in prison, hard labor.
3rd time: Life in prison no possibility of parole, hardlabor.
Institute this and I guarentee no more illegal immigration.

The punishment for entering this country illegally should be:
1st time: 1 month in jail with hard labor to repay US for housing and deportation costs. Take a sample of the persons DNA so that if the person crosses illegally again, additional punishments will be added.
2nd time or violent/drug crime 1st time: 20 years in prison, hard labor.
3rd time: Life in prison no possibility of parole, hardlabor.
Institute this and I guarentee no more illegal immigration.

I wld suggest to hospitals that they ask for ID at the time of registration. They can do that to protect themselves from fraud. It's not right for women to come in have babies, no prenatal care or nothing and leave the hospital with the bill. How do they think hospitals stay in business? I served seven years in your Military's Infantry 101st airborne, I'm almost done with my Bachelors, I routinely give to charity, I see my Mexican countrymen work at jobs that you wouldn't dream of doing. Also I see fellow soldiers that served in your military almost a life time be deported to Mexico to be persecuted by Mexico. Go to You Tube and Check Search "Deporting Private Ryan". Maybe you'll have a better idea as to who we are.

@mastior A sociopath has inhereted genetic defects. See they have no concience. They are more prevelant in societies that promote individual self gratification or individual glory. The gene in these societies is allowed to flourish while in community based societies it is suppressed for the good of the village. Read the book The Sociopath Next Door. You'll see what characteristics to look for in a human. But they aren't just Mexican. Whites have destroyed our Country for hundreds of years now.

We are so much better than that, we really are. Truth is, we will always need an influx of cheap labor immigrants to come and help increase GDP, a measure of how well our country is doing.

. I think this whole situation would be better served by first eliminating the massive drug trade in a combined effort by both governments then teaching the people of Mexico on their own land how to better themselves. With such a large amount of people out of work in the U.S. certainly some of this wasted talent could be used to enlighten people of the border towns which could provide a trickle down effect. That's my thought anyway. I became a citizen of the U.S.A. in 2008.

Fine every business that hires an illegal immigrant $300k per person. Have a system where the employer punches in a social security, drivers license, or state ID number. You get a photo of the legal owner of that number. If it doesn't match the person sitting in front of you, call the police. That's identity theft fraud. Their committing ID fraud now with fake papers and IDs. Let someone else pull that and they go to jail.

@excel357 Do you know that as of now it's actually illegal to do just that? Crazy hu? My husband works in construction and even though one SS# doesn't work and they take out another one, there is nothing you can do about it. My friend works for the wellfare office, and even though it's obvious they are illegal, it is against the law to turn them in. What you suggest is what Arizona is trying to implement.

@excel357 $300K is alot of money. Most small businesses fall short of that. $300K would just scard employers from hiring anyone. In Econ we're thought to measure correlate crimes with punishment. One can't punish littering with the death penalty. Or else the litter will become a murder. What would he have to loose. In a down economy it's wise to encourage not discourage hiring.
