this worked great thanks for the help. my phone was in recovery and i couldnt download the firmware through Itunes so i downloaded it from somewhere else and did it the way he discribed and work perfect

I don't have the ROAMING FOLDER that you click to got to APPLE COMPUTER, but I can got to the AC folder right after I clicked on the APPDATA folder (don't know if that affects the process in any way?) Then right after I click on the ITUNES folder I also don't have the DEVICE SUPPORT folder, What should I do? TIA
