Dunno if you figured it out but it's where you pay someone to make an item for you. (Usually in cosplay)

I think she was. I'm unsure. You could always try wood. That's what I'm going to do. Half inch plywood.

i would do it with wood but i dont really have any tools besides a rusty handsaw a drill and a hammer

You could always find a friend with other tools. If anything you could order the required parts online.
