do you know if jojaba oil ok for diluting lemon oil and lavander oil? im too scared to put anything on my face unless im sure, have done research but still unsure, bless
I know--I'm freaked out that it's already November too! I'm thrilled that you're doing this--I love learning about EO's, and your video series' are always so informative. I'd love to hear about Frankincense, Myrrh, Ylang-Ylang, and Copal. Love you!
great video. I can never use rosemary in my rituals as my dad is epeleptic so that sometimes mucks up certain book blends.
also another question I wanted to ask is. is lavender safe to use in food? because i saw a recipie for lavender cupcakes in and old issue of Spirit & Destiny and the icing is flavoured with lavender oil and some people i've spoken to said that you shouldn't use it, so i'm really confused with that.
If you plan to use essential oils, ANY essential oils, in cooking, you need to find essential oils marked "food grade"; these are safe for consumption. If it doesn't expressly say "food grade", I wouldn't do it.
I agree! It may also read medicinal grade, but make sure it can be taken internally. The lavender itself is food grade, but the way it is manufactured varies greatly and may not be suitable for internal use.
Love green on you. It looks amazing. With your red hair you look like an Irish cailín off the post cards. lol So cute. Great vid... loving this series.

Yeah, jojoba oil is actually the closest oil to the oils human skin produces, so this should be a good option to use.

maybe try checking a natural foods store. They could probably at least point you in the right direction.

yh, I've found a website on the different grades and bookmarked it. the one I've got would be grade A and food grade is Grade B.
