Well what i did with mine ( i removed my rear wiper and the line that gave water to mine rear window I redirected to my intercoler and I did a kind of a nozle) so when ever i press water for my rear window it will spray into my intercooler.

Yeah but the cooling of air from moving forward on the road is supposed to be replicated by the big assed fan unit in front of the rolling road. That big boxy thing is a large duct drawing air in from outside and washing it over the front of the rad and IC... the spray is mearly extra cooling that the car would not normally get (if it had a fogging system for road use then why not just use that instead of an external spray)
