@gamrboy100 FOREMOST!: You need to concentrate on HEALTHY diet. Your body is starting to grow at a phenomenal rate,... and will continue for 8-10 years. DO SOME work-out routines, but be extra careful not to strain your ligaments or tendons while doing muscle strengthening routines. BTW, strength should not come at the cost of good sleep, nutrition, cardio (endurance), or core exercises (core is most important anyway!) Read about building core strength. Good luck man!
@gamrboy100 , if ur 12 you shouldnt be doing the flyes and any exercise that requires weights, because if u work ur chest out with weights, u have to work ur back out to stay in proportion. and then u gotta work ur shoulders to also stay in proportion and then comes the arms. doing shoulder exercises with weights at a young age is most likely to mess up ur growth system, look it up it says it everywhere :)

Doing exercise for your upper body will not stun your growth, and btw 16-18 years, is the perfect time to start working out, becouse younger you start, the faster you could get some serious injuryes

@gamrboy100 FOREMOST!: You need to concentrate on HEALTHY diet. Your body is starting to grow at a phenomenal rate,... and will continue for 8-10 years. DO SOME work-out routines, but be extra careful not to strain your ligaments or tendons while doing muscle strengthening routines. BTW, strength should not come at the cost of good sleep, nutrition, cardio (endurance), or core exercises (core is most important anyway!) Read about building core strength. Good luck man!

@gamrboy100 , if ur 12 you shouldnt be doing the flyes and any exercise that requires weights, because if u work ur chest out with weights, u have to work ur back out to stay in proportion. and then u gotta work ur shoulders to also stay in proportion and then comes the arms. doing shoulder exercises with weights at a young age is most likely to mess up ur growth system, look it up it says it everywhere :)
