Dear Marcin,

It's very complicated. Actually it is illegal to play and post Beatles music here too but YouTube (and SONY) has probably agreed on a 'deal' that they will not remove all the videos with Beatles. If they did, YouTube have to follow the rules of Copyright laws and that would be the end of YT...

Spreading an arrangement is an infringement on their copyrights and is easier for them to prosecute. If they do, is another matter though... you can do it and hope they will not discover you.

I don't think putting your soul into the music has anything to do with looking at the score. I read music very easily and don't have to practise very much. I play over 500 pieces by heart but sometimes i like to have the score in front of me.
