@SimulacronX it's a workout that strengthens and elongates the muscles instead of bulking. a lot of basketball players and ballet dancers use this particular style.
well i actually do a similar workout to that and it does work. you can feel your muscles streching and findthat you get less aches and pains. i certainly recomend it. maybe you should give it a go!
Hi Acidic90- To address your comment, that girl in the purple shows the modified "easy" versions of the exercises throughout the program. It's important to have someone display the easy/beginner version of the exercise so that anyone who has not stepped up to the advanced moves does not get hurt as they do the routines. :-)
