A). If you have two cups that are each half-filled, how many cups do you have? The answer is: TWO CUPS! It doesn't matter how much liquid each cup contains! If you have two cups, then you have two cups! LOL

B). If there are 100 pizzas and ALL BUT 29 HAVE FUNGUS, how many do not have fungus? TWENTY-NINE, of course! The answer should not have been 71.

1.) they werent asking you how many cups you had, as in containers, they were asking you how many cups of LIQUID you had. 1/2 cup plus 1/2 cup is 1 cup OF LIQUID in total.

2.) ALL BUT 29, meaning all of them have fungus except 29. meaning, 29 pizzas DO NOT have fungus. so, 100-29= 71. 71 of them DO have fungus. get it?
