I like the list of features, though you shouldn't lock on players like that, it's easily discovered by spectating. Rather make the lock-on aiming more random and only move it when firing.

Nope. Epic fucked up UT3 so badly they cant ban keys yet. Its supposed to be sorted in a patch but they still cant. There are also no admin controls, Punkbuster, or UTAN so they cant do global bans.
