1. if your lucky your opponent will summon a gulpin from a pokeball

2. if your opponent gets a final smash and use it let gulpin asorb you

3. youll take damage but alot less then a Final Smash

Granted, Sonic has the best Final Smash in the game, but according to the frame data from smashboards and such, Metaknight has the highest knockback potential proportional to speed, Momentum cancel, and recovery ability. Sonic has good points to him, but has nowhere near the KO power that Metaknight has.

Jiggly can stay up during Olimar's FS. If the player is adept with Jiggly, he or she will know to use rising pound and literally stay in one spot high above the chaos.

@pikachu12378 a floater is too slow given how fast critical hit is. BTW if you use the fast recovery dodge in the air, Critical Hit will backfire and marth will go flying off the screen, hopefully being KOed

I'm not sure if you knew this or not but Toon Link is also a character who can jump off screen during Olimar's final smash. Just double jump and use his Up B.

The following situation only happened once. Super sonic was taking a break when a guy holding a scouter tm was walking by. Super sonic didn't see him, so the guy scanned him. When he read the results, he was so chocked that he yelled ''its over 9000!!!!''. At that point super sonic saw him and killed him.

hey dude, i found 2 ways to avoid taking damage from olimar's final smash without any assitant platforms.

A) Get Kirby to swallow Meta Knight, then when olimar leaves, fly as high as u can nd then press b repeatedely nd hang on to the edge

B)Get any floater nd have them wear a Bunny Hood.

u said without the help of assistant platforms, u never said anything about items or copying abilities.

That's what Metaknight's Final Smash does when there are people that did not get hit with the cape, even though the whole thing activated...

So basically, you can see the shadow of the red Metaknight moving to dodge and avoided the slash damage and knockback... same thing like if you sidestep dodged a hit... the animation goes over you, but doesn't hit you...

You forgot to say this detail on Giga Bowser: Multiple-hit moves, though risky, are incredibly effective when used well; they rack-up damage to kill Bowser when his FS ends, AND they stall him so that he can have less attacking time, proving Super Armors, namely the Aether, cann very effectively deal with Giga Bowser.

Yeah... basically, the Marth won't kill himself if he stops using the "Force Slash" by pressing the B button... and if you use something to delay the slash, like a box or destructible object on the stage, you can delay the hit and outlast most dodges...
