A lot of roller coasters have sensors now near the lift so if you have a phone or camera out, the ride stops before the drop. People have been killed because people's phones and cameras fly out of their hands and whale people behind them in the head. I once saw a guy wearing a poncho on a ride, and it kept on slapping the guy behind him in the face, the poor guy looked like he got stung a trillion times by bees..the guy with poncho had no idea hahaha.

This coaster was reloaated to Kings Dominion from Geauga Lake and Wildwater Kingdom. (formerly 'Six Flags Ohio', before Cedar Fair bought the park.)

I still think they should've moved it to Kings Island.

@Cambo56 No, if you pull out a camera after the ride has started they will not stop the ride, they have signs everywhere that states Kings Dominion is not responsible for lost items, but they will say something to you after the ride if they see you with it. It could lead to ejection from the park, because of a safety issue for bringing it on the ride.

This one is alot like the Superman Krypton Coaster. The only thing the Dominator does not have that the Krypton Coaster does have is a Zero-G Roll.

the reason why this is similar is because this was originally built at geauga lake in ohio. And six flags used to own geauga lake as six flags worlds of adventure and during that time they built this coaster as batman night flight. then cedar fair (kings dominions parent company) bought that park from six flags and a few years later closed the park and sent batman here and renamed it dominator
