Laughter is a good medication for worries, sadness and depression. It produces seratonin and adrenalina in brain and makes people more sane and better feelings. I sometimes laught at myself, when I discover how cunning or how stupid I am. It gives great dose of relief. I recomend that for everyone, who is depressed and who is sunk in worries and sadness. You will feel better. Laughter is ultimate teaching. Everybody understands it.
