Yeah, Hebrew and French both have the soft R sound. I checked the IPA, and both languages use the same IPA symbol for the sound.

This is one of the best hebrew versions for Disney movies (and one of the best dubbs for this movie in general)- Cloppin is just amazing and powerful, the best singer in the cast imo (which give this secondary character such power), Quasimodo is awsome..
