I have this phone and like it. Nice pictures at 8MP. My only beefs are: AT&T needs to beef up their coverage infrastructure. Here in the Detroit area, it's often difficult to get a strong signal, even tougher if you get off the main grids in the state.

Also, after a short time, my phone would no longer hold the off brand microchip securely. It would not stay in. Another brand with notches/indents on the blank side "wings" would stay in. Hate to have to spend the money for another chip.

i hate how when you pick up one of their phones to demo it, its got all that security crap on it. It's not even worth it. Why isn't the power port on the BOTTOM of the phone? That'd make it so much easier to hold.. UI looks choppy

ive had the phone for roughly 6 months. It's still performing great, however the screen gets several tiny sceratches if you dont protect it. still runs fast, and performs great. I bought it at the time for AU$500, which in my opinion now is a total rip off for what i paid. its worth much less, however a great phone nonetheless.

I have been looking to buy a new mobile for ages, because I was going for the Nokia N86, sony satio just released or the Samsung Pixon 12. I looked at reviews and I went or bought the Sony Ericsson W995 as it had all the features I could ever want. Great battery and the camera is 8.1 m pixel. So I love gadgets and believe me iv'e had them all this phone is the best of the bunch period..

this has the better sound quality and camera.

iphone has the much better games (esp if u jailbreak it). i own this phone while my gf owns an iphone 3gs and "i enjoy playing her games a lot more" is an understatement. this phone isn't capable of games with graphics comparable to NDS and PSP whilst the iphone is. But speaking of sound quality, if you're a sound whore like me get this phone, even better with a 16gb MS

i have this phone...camera quality isn't that good for an 8 megapixel.

The "sony ericsson" logo in front scratches off easily.

otherwise it's a good phone but definitely not worth how much it costs

i myself is using this phone currectly, it doesn't hang at all, no auto restart, camera quality is good especially on the auto focus for walkman phone, i can even take doc clearly and even a strand of hair on the table. The SE logo does not get scratched easily for me. its just tat U need to adjust the scene modes. Auto mode doesn't allow the phone to show its best quality.

The speakers are pretty loud, like all sony ericssons, and you can also get seperate speakers that make them so much better lol. i don't have anything against the camera, but i hardly ever use it, i only really use when on holidays to take pictures of the scenery.

I haven't experienced any bugs as of yet, but my old phone (sony ericsson W910) started to play up after around 3 months of me owning it, so i'm hoping that won't happen to the newer model.
