@RyanTheCoolGuyFoster the pit is great as it allows you to max your blacksmith early while keeping the early invaders at the pit. One of the best features on my opinion. While the doom car is the best by far...

It's not the last level that's difficult. It gets easy once Ash and his men are Upgraded high. The hardest parts in this game is when the enemy's arrows gather up & shoot at the sametime. There's no way around those assholes.

@ShogunWarrior13 For me from level 40 and above it was a breeze. But from the wave 30+ point or somewhere along there it was really hard :/ cos when you get to the high waves your strength is already very high.

Ur heroes will die soon so save up metal. Always summon wiseman and arthur together and Henry last. Use the deathcoaster whenever possible. Ur 4th coaster should finish off the final boss.

The goal is to stave off the final boss and red dress witch so u can use the deathcoaster as many times as possible.

Just beat wave 50 after about 30 tries. Too damn difficult. You need to max out deathcoaster and castle defense and have Wiseman, Henry, and Arthur at atleast lvl9.

Then run down bear the pit and get in as many as u can then retreat and upgrade smithy to max. Next, use wiseman and try to tank until deathcoaster is charged. Use it and run down to the steps and that should clear a good chunk of the mobs. then use arthur and heavy guard. Wait til they're halfway to the front lines to use Henry.

Here's what I uses to beat levels 45-50:

You must have - full maxed Henry, full maxed armored guard, and fully maxed wise man.

For the specials I have fully upgraded boomstick and fully upgraded deathcoaster.

Castle: archers, catapults, fully upgrade smith, and the pit

Strategy: run straight to the deadites and get as many as u can into the pit. Then fall back and upgrade your smith to max. Pull out the wiseman and armored guard together. Then pull Henry out. Keep spawning armoured guards u

The best strategy in this game is to but archers and healers and warriors with high health and let the healer heal thim while the archers killing the diediest !!

@DrakerelGmail I just kept trying and eventually got a ton of gold. I used catapult maxed as my skill and max rollercoaster. Then I just summoned henry arthur and mage whenever I could and I also used horsemen. But yeah endless sucks cuz the mobs are strong and drop hardly any gold, and not everything is maxed so it kinda sucks now.

@DrakerelGmail spearman and swordsmen suck at this point, I would usually summon Arthur first cuz he could hold them off with his high HP, then I summon the mage to heal Arthur then Henry, but it happebns so fast it doesn't matter much. Horsemen get weak though... So Goodluck

its actually pointless ... after you beat the game you have endless mode.. witch only rewards you with 9k or 10k gold at a time! if you are decent... its still very difficult to make gold after you beat the game. so the only fun part is actually beating it lol. after that it is pointless

I did not find the game that difficult. I beat it in 1 day. I recommend maxing out peasant/sword boy/wiseman/ash health/shotgun/and death coast. This may be a tricky build for someone new to a tower defense game because it requires high actions per minute but it's quite effective.

I reset and play again. One thing you have to know. You can kick ass the red dress woman into "The Pit" in one shot. Believe me.

Red dress woman. She hard to kill. Use ability Deathcoaster and Super Boom stick to reduce her HP. However you should summon Hero Arthur and Armored guard to block enemy as long as you can.

I haven't got through level 50 but here are some useful tips to share. You have to max Ash, the healer, Henry at least. For troops, you'll only need knight because they can run fast and so can extend (or decrease their time to get) the battle line. The spells I'm using are Deathcoaster and Catapult Volley. The reason I choose Catapult Volley is it can potentially kill the enemy healer back of the boss.  However, Ash and Henry can be killed in 2 hit by the boss even thou you max them =\

Finally I've got thru level 50! I used healer (max), Henry (max), Arthur (lv2), Horseman (lv7-it doesn't help much). Spells are Deathcoaster, Catapult Volley (both max). The very important strategy is, you have to have your healer healing Henry, who is mainly tanking in the front against the boss. When Ash get full health, run beyond the enemy line and cast Catapult Volley. Your target is the enemy healer! It's really dangerous (I died for this a lot) but if you succeed, you'll get it thru. I play it since 3 hours i have ca 50 knights with horses 1 healer 2 heroes an a few steal knights fightin at the door where the zombies spawn, it lags like hell because there are so many of my people farming zombies.

@zerochasis no tips for that level, except of course keep upgrading your knights. My 2 chosen power ups are the catapult volley and the deathcoaster.

Important tip, keep farming gold on wave 50, because when you finish, you go to endless mode, where it is much harder to get gold

Last levels arent so bad, but if you spread your gold around too much then you'll end up grinding a lot.

I prefer the car and the catapult for the specials and max them as much as you can.

Then max the heavy armored soldier, Arthur, and Henry.

Also, get most of the castle upgrades maxed like the smith, the pit, and the defenses.

@AppSpy I agree. I am a huge Evil Dead trilogy fan and the Army of Darkness game is terrific fan service. I also agree that the game peaks towards the end. Essentially you will have to restart and focus on bulking up specific units if you wish to finish the game or otherwise you're in for a serious grindfest. The Endless mode is fun for a couple of tries but it's too a tedious grindfest as you hardly collect any gold after playing for awhile.
