Those flyers, they have some sense of humor. I was going through the same pains then. @PapaSeeps Good questions...I think it's Frank from the alternate reality in which Donnie has chosen to leave his bed and eventually shoots Frank. But Donnie turns back the clock and makes the choice to stay in bed, so Frank lives when all is said and done. Second: I have no idea! That bothers me, too. Because if he'd just left Donnie in bed, Donnie would have died and Frank never would have been dead. Confusing. Maybe Frank is forced to do it. He does tell Donnie, "I'm so sorry" in the theater.
