Hmm, I'm sceptical about this one. The video doesn't really show anything to back up the presence of the sounds. People are walking about, seemingly oblivious to it all. This could just be a random set of videos stiched together and the sounds edited in later. I could do that with Audacity. :-) And if this was a global phenomonon, surely it would've been caught on camera by a legit news network?
