  • nice try pulling faster because if you do it too slow it won't turn into a full i would turn into a half.

  • decide which way you twist by round off full turn.

    wichever way you turn is the way your body will naturally want to twist.

    go for a layout, when you reach the top and are starting to rotate drop the arm that is on the side you are twisting towards (ex. if you twist right, drop your right arm)

    and you have a half (:

    to get a full take that arm that was dropped to a T and bring it in as close to your body as you can and theres a full.

    pull harder, sooner and faster and theres your double (:

  • @NightwishTransformer Do a high back layout and when you see the ground (or are upside down) pull your arms to the side you twist on. The first try may not be fabulous, but you should at least get a half.
