to get a full take that arm that was dropped to a T and bring it in as close to your body as you can and theres a full.
pull harder, sooner and faster and theres your double (:
@NightwishTransformer Do a high back layout and when you see the ground (or are upside down) pull your arms to the side you twist on. The first try may not be fabulous, but you should at least get a half.
