I think I have a better option just get a good bra and just add those silicone inserts(aka chicken cutlets) inside them. They sell them everywhere, I saw them in fredericks of hollywood mag the other day. I wore them for yrs. 24/7, unlike you I was so self conscious about my small breast size.
