Taking for example china is a hybrid theres a leader yes but there are no social classes and works capitalist to other countrys and socialist inside. Thats the best system.

@Atemerus well the problem is that it gets abused Socalism works if it has got a leader that has good judgment and does not put personal gain first e.t Castro he has done wonders for Cuba under the Socalist system guided by him.

But when he dies Cuba will go one of two ways get a leader who is more oppresive and totalitarian leading them to dictatorship or they will become Capitalistic.

1)Democracy: for a system for the common people must be ruled by the common people

2)SMALL business free market: no cooperation, wall street, or monopolize

3)realistic goals: not trying to make everyone is equal just making that sure everyone's ok.

@SirAroace Well I am British and I grew up durring the New Labour Goverment as I previously stated.

under them we had Tony Blair and Gordon Brown two of the worst Prime ministers we ever had Blair only wanted personal gain by the time he bugged out we where in a major resecion high unemployment and a long bloody struggle in the middle east to which we could have remained a "arsenal of democracy".

Brown had potential but instead of an election he just assumed power all he was was Blairs scape.

Actually several conflicts have happened in modern times that use the same tanks and techniques that would have been used if the cold war went hot. An example is when Egypt invaded Israel. Israel was using British Challenger tanks, the tanks they would have used in a war against the soviets. Egypt had T72s. Israel beat Egypt hands down. Another was Desert Storm. US Abrams tanks raped a Republican Guard regiment of T-80 tanks without suffering any losses. NATO would have won World War 3.

More often than not, cities are unnecessary objectives that do not hold much strategic value. Berlin and Paris are examples. That is why it's better to simply surround them with panzer divisions rather than attack.
