    When I removed the pan from the oven, I poured some of the juices into the bowl and then poured the juices back over the chicken :)

    My recommendation is to try this recipe first as I have done. If then you want an extra kick then maybe add some cayenne pepper.

  • Do you commentate over your videos once they're done or do you do it as your recording?

    I do all the recording live when cooking and I never plan what I am going to say, that way it's more natural.

    When editing, sometimes I use the audio of one clip as a transition for the next clip. I.e. “I am now going to put the meat into a preheated oven” I do that to make the vids shorter.

    There are rare occasions that I will add a voice overs not made at the time usually if I have forgotten to mention something important at the time.

  • this would be perfect cooked on the bbq.

    one suggestion, try scoring/cutting the flesh so that the glaze can bake right into the meat. also, for a chinese spin on the glaze substitute in soy sauce or oyster sauce.

    those potatoes looked incredible. thanks for the recipe. what was the total cook time?

  • alright chef, I got a request for you. I know its not your usual thing, but do you think you could do some kind of sushi recipe. You know, ingredients, how to roll them, etc. Just a simple california roll or tuna roll? as always, great video.

    I must admit sushi is not my expertise. Sushi chefs train for many years to become experts. I will put it on my list and at some stage possibly have ago.

    Sushi seems to be becoming very popular these days :)

    I think the wooster sauce has anchovies amongst other things.

  • Looks very tasty! I understand why you dry the chicken, but I don't understand why you wash it with cold water first.. Is this something I should be doing all the time (because I never have!) Thanks for the tip though :)

    I nearly always rinse my meat; with chicken I also like to rinse the inside as well. It's just something I have always done and always will.

    I don’t think you have to wash your meat, and if you do you have to be careful not to make splashes water everywhere otherwise you get cross contamination.

    I just prefer to know that my meat is washed before I start cooking.

  • @OriginalNakedChef just to let you know, only today i'll be able to try chicken, and i can tell you it's really really good, the mustard take the most of the favour but it's in a good way. Easy to make and absolutely yummy, what else anyone can ask for :))))) thank you very much chef :))) i will definitely will try it again sometimes and telling my univ son to try to make it as well, i believe will be very easy for him to give it a try :)))) xxxxx

    I did have a look around on the web and have not been able to find an alternative as yet. There were some recipes offering the ingredients to make it up. Maybe with a bit more searching there may be a supplier of Wooster sauce in Australia. Possibly an online supplier in Australia?
