My highest crit on my level 18 FBIII barbarian is only 602 (on a held mob so +50%, U9. PA active with Min II). Also I don't have the fifth attack in the chain that I thought you get at 18, I don't have GTWF. Is that what gives the fifth attack? Thanks in advanced.

@MsBabyElla lol, im not sure if thats acuurate. myself( playign sicne dec 06) and at least 9 out of 10 of all the poeple i play with have never played wow . wow and ddo are very different games. most people who try ddo that like wow end up leaving. the ddo learning curve is muc hmuch steeper than wow. at the same time most people who liek ddo usually end up leaving wow, becuase its jsut not the same kinda gaming style.

@MsBabyElla WoW's weakest aspect is the hordes of players with no social skills at all, the people who are tantrum-throwing babies during every 5-man, raid and other social interaction. Otherwise I've never had any complaints about WoW. I do love DDO's solo-friendly dungeon philosophy, the tons of dungeons, and the multiple difficulty levels for each dungeon instead of just regular and epic.

@MultiJello123 I didnt say it was the worst game. They both have pros and cons, I find DDO to be more immersive wheras WoW is more centered around the endgame content. You also need to take into consideration that this is just one persons opinion. I never said that my viewpoint was the same as all the ex WoW players. I played for a good 5 years, I enjoyed the time I spent on it. It is just my own personal opinion. I just agreed with @MsBabyElla that most of the DDO players are ex WoW players.

I have a lvl 16 barbarian... Frenzy + Barb rage + Bard song + Rage i hit for abut 60-75. Idk if i blind but you did that aswell. But how the heck do you crit for about 450? My base dmg with buffs when i hits 70's i only crit max 300....

Let me put this to rest once and for all, what i said before in my comments was mostly sarcasm. I know there is more to this game than that (although i still think melee is way too simple compared to how most mmo's melees are), i am not saying ddo is a bad game i like it, its fun. The reason i said those comments was mostly to try and fan some support for wow, for no matter how much you like it the combat requires more coordination and reflexes, with less thinking and understanding.

@Krzykid3432 well if u only choose 1 class to play its 20 but u can choose as many as 3 classes but you will have to leevel each one up individually at which point you get to level 19 on each so 19x3=57 as the highest level in the game

or 60 im not sure if it is or not and it would take you a great period of time to get there...

playing a healer class ( fvs or cleric ) entail alot more than jsut healing. debuffs and dps spells in addition to healign make ya a complete toon. if all you (not you but in general) do is sit back and spam heals then you are not playing it to its potential.

@sytheownsyou he probably had a bloodstone which gives u +6 on critical hit rolls so BEFORE he had to roll a 20 for a critical hit (5% chance) AFTER he had to roll a 14 (30% chance) NOT counting if his axe was seeker or anything so those probably would've stacked ontop of that which would've made it possible to have 50% chance critical hit (+10 seeker = 50%) that would be really useful for barbarians since their axes are like X3 on critical hits

in this case i believe his crit threat range is 20%

critical rage I&II = 10% +5% +5% = 20%

and just for fun his critical multiplier should be x5

What are you talking about? Ranking up gets you to the level... You rank up 4 times then you go to your trainer on the 5the rank (which doesn't give you an enhancement point =( ) and ask to level.

6 months ago when i first watched this video, I had never even heard of ddo online.

I watched Spyderwolf totally owning those Amrath Cats with big crits and that got me hooked !!!

First little while was rough as a Barb, Did not know anyone or really have a clue about much, Whenever i got stumped or was having troubles, I would journey back here and watch this,

Now i have a level 20 FB barb and i am loving him.... Huge crits and mad hp. A true tank.

LEVEL ( RANK 5) is that that rank 5 gonna be the next or that you are on rank 1. LEVEL (Rank 1) when you already makes new there is no rank ball thingy in the corner and he says that your on rank 1 but i say it´s the next rank you gonna get wo is right? because if hes right then you got rank 101 when your lvl 20 and if me you got rank 100 would be wird if hes right.

does it matter? ranks dont really mean anyhting. if your level 20 your level 20. no one that i have every spoken too has ever said anyhting like what rank are you? im rank 67. this game is based off levels, ranks are only there as a way of splitting the levels into 4 pieces so there isa reason for giving action points imo.

if its your first toon capping will take awhile. after you have learned the gaem and know the quests better you can cap in a week,week and a half if you really grind xp out. gl with your barb.

depends on what you mean by heal yourself. anyone can drink a cure seriouspot. but msot barbs cant selfheal with things liek heal scrolsl or heal wands, unless you mulitcalss, and then you lose 4 str in total ( 2 from mighty rage at level 20 barb and 2 from capstone)

im calling shenanigans on your numbers. you're hitting low to mid 400's. my lvl 20 frenzy hits higher than that with a 44 str.(con build) his hp are barely over 1000 with gfl and gs hit points, while triple raged.

you can call shenanigans all ya want. i have no reason to change my numbers. my barb is a con build as well. his str is currently 54 and his con is 58. i crit for 430~ and have 967 hp when fully raged out.. if your critting for more than i am with a 44 str then yoru probably a wf. and if you have more than 1000 hp you have more than 1 toughness feat.
