Ivan and the guys are great. but the guitar tone on both of their albums is a bit challenging to like. it sounds like it's low in the mix. The lead and rhythm don't really kick you in the ass like a metal record should. I've seen them live - they sound great. but on the records, it just feels like the guitars have been toned down. This is just my personal opinion, but if you want good heavy metal style guitar tone, youtube "Davidian" by Machine Head.
