  • Excellent! Thanks for the update.

    Cheers,

    MM

  • For Cultivation Of Fungus the 2 most common kinds of Media I use are PDA (Potato Dextrose Agar) and MEA (Malt Extract Agar) some would use MYA (Malt Yeast Agar) I am not sure if they would grow on MS medium thou. but i am pretty sure u wont want any Mycelium in ur plant tissue culture vassels. LOL they are FUNGUS which is a form of contamination when you are doing your plant tissue culture. they would generally grow much faster than the plant tissue. grabbing all the available nutrients.

Very nice. This is Mr. Mushrooms. I was wondering how the Mycena mycelium was coming?

  • @Phaedrus1234

they are growing fine . just completed the isolation that was shown in this video. hope do do a test fruiting run on them when they fully colonize the new plates.

  • Very nice ZongYe.

I wonder how Mycelium and plant tissue culture would react to each other. Not sure even if Mycelium would grow in something like agar and MS.

Looking forward to you next video!
