When I was a child in the 1960s, I thought the "Batman" TV series was "high drama". As an adult, I was able to appreciate the clever satire (and great corniness) of the show. Victor Buono should have gotten an Emmy award for keeping a straight face as "King Tut". Loved it.
I remember watching the series as a child in the eighties...my mother came in the room and said "How idiotic...they are all running through the streets in masks and nobody reacts." I just looked at her stunned and said: Well, that's the point!
Lets just say that king tut does take over and everyone now worships him under his potion but what if he hits his head again and returns to normal shouldnt he have a certain servant to hit him over the head on certain times to keep him in lingo with his tut side? LOL
I have to start drinking more milk...

It's a shame we didn't get to see Batman pretending to be a buffoon. You know adam West would have had fun with it.

I wonder how King Tut would've been in Nolan's universe..

@blenheim7 That would be so much fun .Batman unmasked and willing to do whatever i ask him to do.

@scooter167 I would have liked to have seen Tut's queen beg Tut to let her see Batman's face
blenheim7 1 year ago 2
@blenheim7 Then see her unclip his cowl with no resistance from Batman then she tilts the cowl over his forehead to reveal his face
