  • its hysterical how some people posting here cannot take responsibility for their actions, yet operate a motor vehicle. this cop was responding to an accident and has no choice but to park where he is at in order to conduct an investigation. blaming your distraction on cops doing their jobs means you are ignorant and childish. take responsibilty for yourself.

  • Here in Cleveland, you see two things every single day...accidents on your way IN to work, and accidents on your way home. If you haven't been rear-ended YET by some aggressively driving jackwagon, your time is coming. I've had it TWICE now!

  • Poor judgement mayne

  • I could swear I heard the trooper say 'Holy Shit"! I guess this is one instance its okay to say shit on the radio!! LOL

  • Bucks suck but I live in ohio and they are good drivers. Pa drivers suck, one lost a tree off its roof

  • I hate the buck to I like Mishigan and i live in ohio but the worst drivers is Pa ones

  • @trucker908 you havent been to jersey yet

  • Ohio native's drive like crap! In fact, they drive more stupid than anywhere I have traveled...... Ohio sucks, bucks suck, what more needs to be be said?

  • their license plates justifies this accident.... O-Hi-O

  • I like swing music

  • the cops on the side of the road with their lights on are a distraction.

That's exactly how I wound up rear ending someone and totalling my van in 2006.

traffic in front of me was moving along fine, I glanced over @ the cop for literally 2 seconds and when I looked forward traffic was at a standstill... WHAM it was too late for me to stop.

  • Thats because you are a dumbass

  • And when it happens to you you will be to jackass!

  • If you cant drive without hitting the ass end of the dude in front of you, get off the road.

  • @TheMadFleasWife You have NO BUSINESS driving if you take your eyes off the road like that! Trying to blame it on a distraction is hilarious!

  • @TheMadFleasWife You hit the car in front of you because you were too busy paying attention to something OTHER than driving, if you had been paying attention to what you were supposed to, it would not have happened. Not the cop's fault YOUR fault. deal with it!

  • You must be a native Ohio resident, which would explain the fact you rear ending someone for starters. Also, the lack of safe and responsible driving. Further---to take responsibility for your own crapy Ohio driving habits that resulted in an accident-- one that you caused.-- none of which come as a surprise to me.

  • idiot drivers

  • what the heck!!!!

at least they were walking around...that was freaky

    what's that horrible noise?

  • Plain Dealer OH 04/29/09 Olmsted Township Police Chief Charles McNeeley was charged with indecent exposure after being arrested together with Daniel Crown, 61, Tuesday morning in the Cleveland Metroparks. Police Chief McNeeley told rangers he was going to perform oral sex on Crown, 61, after ranger Lisette Gonzalez spotted them masturbating, Capt. Jack Hall said.

  • looks like a firebird that hit the other car, they are so pointy in the front they act like a door wedge

  • Specialy when you slam the brakes and drop the nose even further.

  • yeah that's true too

  • bravo sit just bravo

  • hollllyyy shitttt..lol

  • Is this a Woops or a Oh shit???

  • daamm

  • it's not the siren. even with police activity on the inside shoulder people continue to be unattentive morons.

  • A lot of time it is the Police activity that causes people to deviate their attention from the road where it should be to try and see what the cop is doing at the side of the road...

  • who the fuck is honking like a retard

  • Its the bottom car, her head is resting on the horn.

  • oh i see

  • a lot of times when the airbag goes off the horn stays locked on. i dont know why though

  • @MustangMan82389 Because it blows out of the steering wheel; where the contacts for the horn button are. Usually the entire compartment blows out, the horn "button" is destroyed; leaving the ends of the wires or contacts free to touch each other. That is how the horn operates; the contacts in the horn button "contact" each other completing the circuit and sounding the horn.

  • @MustangMan82389 The air horn stays locked (for safety reasons), in totaled crashes the drivers of the wrecked vehicles usually do not end up with out injuries which in most situations they do not put on their hazard lights, the air horn automatically locks it self, and lets other drivers know that they need to slow down. It is a good feature, specially at night accidents.

  • if the airbag goes off the horn usually stays on, as a warning and a locator.

  • thats insane, I always wondered if a camaro was capable of that.

  • ha... that trooper is now a Sgt. haha he's a great guy

  • women driver

  • howd he manage that??

  • driving whie on a phone...... not in uk

  • shizz damn..lol that was deff a stacker.

  • Two Comments, This is why you shouldn't look at accidents when you pass them and concentrate on the road infront of you, and why driving and talking on a cell phone should be outlawed in all 50 States.

  • LOOKY-LOOOOOOOS!!!!

  • It's becoming obvious that people who live in Ohio can't drive!!

  • During my driver ed. in the '70s, we were shown these horrific, gruesome, unedited crash videos.(still bothers me--AWFUL). These movies were from the Ohio State Highway Patrol and they all started with "If anyone viewing this film had a family member or friend killed in a car accident in Ohio, you may leave the room now."

  • Houston.. we have lift off !

  • hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Shit!..
