I always loved the aspect of the villains, my favourites being the Joker and Two-Face. But when it comes to the 60's TV series, I think the Penguin was pretty good.

LOL! I love that steam room scene. Penguin gets to wear some of the best outrageous outfits. This one is right up there with his horse jockey outfit in season 3.
