i actually have this game for ps3 and xbox and in all honesty though the graphics are very similar when you get up close to tree's and such for example on white pass the tree's don't have that pixilated look to them on ps3 the the graphics are a bit crisper then the xbox all around its a bit smoother game too. Although its battlefield bad company 2 so this shouldn't even be a discussion go shoot some russians blow buildings,choppers and tanks up and enjoy this game it is the cats ass

Both consols are great, but if you prefer game quality over social oppertunities, PS3 is the way to go. PS3 offers blueray, which means uncompressed audio and video. Xbox has to compress their audio and video to fit the game on a DVD. If you prefer social oppertunities then Xbox is the way to go. Xbox is very easy to invite, communicate, and play with other people. I personaly like the PS3 to play Bluray videos.

PS3 has smoother lighting, but on the other hand Xbox has anti-aliasing which means the edges of objects are sharper. So you'll see a difference in the sharpness of objects if you compare it to the PS3.
