Bad idea opening the samples, doing so would have contaminated the experiment, and god knows what you would have ended up with.
Dispose of them safely :)

Arrrggg! don't open the petri-dish! This stuff can make your really ill, as it has multiplied since you took your original sample. But looks like it was a nice little investigation though. :)

You never ever open a petri-dish after you grow bacteria on it unless you are killing the bacteria and cleaning the dish.

@Darkofdeath5 you just get a Q-tip and rub it ont he remote and keyboard, than rub it on the culture. And the bacteria feeds and grows on the culture
