No doubt about it, Helmut is very talented but even more so when he performs with Elvis' voice and style than with his own. After all, without any of the hokey impersonator trappings, this Belgium singer so captures the essence of Elvis that it's almost as if he's "channeling" The King.

Nuff more to say than agree. Some need need alot of clothes and funny stuff to be alike. Imho he is far over those - he's best in Elvis style. But not only. He does even fine classics, folk, sving or any style he likes to take. Huge talent.

What's amazing with this guy is that he doesnt need a jumpsuit, wig and elvis glasses to go out on that stage and try to imitate elvis' voice.

He has indeed a great voice, but not so great as Elvis' voice. And again he doesn't sound like Elvis at all, nobody does by the way. There is just one Elvis and that's Elvis Aaron Presley of Memphis Tennessee.

Belgians are well known for being multi-lingual but this guy is absolutely incredible in his linguistic abilities and his voice is phenomenal. I just discovered him accidentally today and can hardly wait to hear everything posted. Just wish he toured in the U.S.

In response to earlier comment about not pronouncing "disguise" but rather ending it as "sky," this is a common singing technique so an elongated "ssss" isn't sung...which doesn't sound good with amplification. Listen to Michael Buble; he does it as well and even more obviously.

Helmut has a phenomenal voice and is an incredible mimic. He even gets some of the Memphis accent of Elvis.

Well, he does sound good, no question about it. That being said, he does not have the stage presence of Elvis, nor can he move like E. There was only ONE King, but I can appreciate Helmut for this and the other things he does. He has a great voice.
