Ahh she does it with enough confidence that it causes the violent girl to give in and do as shes asked to do. i've always loved the anne bancroft character in this movie. something i've tried to bring to my own life. be confident and firm but not overbearing and it really does yield great results. more people respect you because your not being a cocky bitch.
