The first of a series of Color Cartoons came out in 1932.
They were made by James Bowles.
~The Fleischer Brotherss made a LOT of Color Cartoon starting in 1936.
~Disney's Color Cartoon "Flowers and Trees" also came out in 1932.
~Disney's "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" came out in 1937...about the same time as the Cartoon in this video came out.
