I can't know with certainty where this info is from but there are two aspects of history that show that this claim is most likely false. Historical texts of China and Mongolia describe in detail who Mongolians were. Then there are all the non Russian people west of Europe who have their records of who Russians and who Mongolians were. That's it case closed. Haha
