In Sweden we have grated horse radish with white fish like cod. It's the simplest thing. Cook the fish, melt butter to have on top and serve with potatoes(preferably with some fresh dill) and grated horse radish. It - is - a - delicacy. You won't regret it.
Informative video and great presentation. I have always been curious about growing my own because I love a good spread of cream horseradish on a sliced beef sandwich. I'm wondering if it will take root in the dead of winter since I live in the central coastal region on California, where the weather is very mild all year round.

Its very prolific, you have to watch it...it will take over your whole garden if you not careful...so good to have though!
