My left shoulder popped out just like hundreds times...and now I can popped in by myself just about 20sec...but I know the pain you going through dude..thumbs up for fellow dislocated shoulder victims:)

My shoulder pops in and out all the time in football. It blows but now I'm used to it and just pop it back in on the field.

@ENwolt14 im the same way i hav done it so may times it just pops out whenever on the field. i just pop it back in. it almost doesnt hurt anymore.

i had 2 time as well first time in gym and secend time in water .. its realy hurt even after this problem u can loose your confedenc... its really hurt

lol when my shoulder dislocates I don't want any mother fucker next to me...I freak out, and I do that shit myself...but they say the more muscles you have that harder it is to put it back in...either way it still hurts like a bitch haha xD

@1989congo u pop it back in, but if you have ligament damage you might need surgery because each time you dislocate it it is more likely to dislocate again but it get easier to pop back in

WOW. This is the most dumb methode to use, and it will problaby pop back out. You shouldn't take a dislocated bone in care by yourself.
