they automatically rig a character you upload to their site. if it is a biped what you want they have a (free!) automatic script for Max to convert the character into a Biped system.... prtty sweet!
@taddeoanimation I just tried Mixamo's Auto-Rigger which is pretty cool for setting up a character quick. I guess you have to pay for it but I've found rigging in Maya to be difficult.

Did you use an IK solver from the top of the leg to any part of the foot? I can't get my leg to rotate from the hip.
